We have two payment system from our riders which is mostly done after the trip for within the city trips.
They are thus:
1. Cash System
2. Cashless System
Within A City Trips (Intra-city Trips)
At the end of your trip, the Pamdriver shows the meter reading which also shows on your app history if you have booked from your app or if you did call booking with your app registered mobile number. At the end of the trip, you will give the final value of your trip cost to the driver, yes, give it to him/her the money, it is ok and we know about it, we have a monitored system of how much it is and knows how to tally it at the end. Also don’t forget to rate and comment on our drivers after each trip even if you have done a call booking with your registered, you can always open your app to complete your rating and comment.
Outside the City Trips (InterCity Trips)
Payment is fully completed prior to us dispatching our cars to any trip, You can register on our app or website and pay for your intercity trips. For cash payment, contact the office for modalities on how to get in touch with you.
ATM, Debit and Credit Card is coming soon, when released, you will be able to register your cashless card and pay for your trips.
